Hotel La Palma Capri, An Oetker Collection Hotel, Capri

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, a great location on the Piazza, but unfortunately, my room wasn't ready upon arriving early, and the bathrooms needed a clean.

The hotel's rooms offer a unique ambiance with 'Fred Flinstone' style beds and a beautiful terrace overlooking the stunning landscape. The nautical-themed decor adds to the charm, but the room size could be improved. The service is efficient, funny, and kind, although some encounters were less welcoming. The location is ideal, situated in the heart of Capri near the main plaza, shops, and attractions. The dining experience has its highs and lows, with room for improvement in freshness and variety. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory, but some updates could enhance the guest experience.
